Accessibility

Preposal should work for everybody who uses it: the firms that sign up, and the clients who open the proposals they send. This page says what we aim for and what to do if something is in your way.

What we aim for

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA across our website, the app and every proposal page. That means pages that work with a keyboard and a screen reader, text that can be enlarged, and colour that is not the only way anything is said.

Some parts may not meet it yet. We have not had the service tested by an outside auditor, and we fix what we find as we find it.

Proposals are written by the firm

The words, photographs and logo on a proposal come from the firm that sent it. We build the page they sit on. If a photograph has no description or a document is hard to read, the firm is the quickest way to get it another way, and we will help if you ask us.

If something is in your way

Write to support@preposal.io. Tell us the page, what you were trying to do, and what got in the way. We will reply within 5 business days, and in the meantime we will get you what you need another way: the proposal as plain text, an email in place of a form, or a person to walk you through it.
